L-shaped kitchen, dining and living room:

well-equipped, modern kitchen has:
- standard crockery,
cutlery and cooking equipment
- an electric hob and
oven, microwave,
fridge-freezer, washer-dryer, dishwasher, steamer, electric kettle and toaster
- 2 fresh dish towels, and 1 one roll of paper towels
- washing-up liquid and dishwasher
tablets (but not laundry powder/liquid), dish cloth, etc.
- 2 clothes airers, and
there is also an outside rotary dryer (and pegs)
- the
living room has a
32" LCD TV - which receives the main Freeview digital TV and radio channels - a DVD player, and a Hi-Fi
- there are
patio doors onto a deck with an open view over fields, hills and
Mabie Forest:
- 1 twin room and 1 double room:
- the beds will be made-up with fresh bed linen
- there is a shower over the bath, which draws hot water from a hot water tank
- there are bath mats for both inside and outside the bath
- provided: 2 rolls of toilet paper and 4 sets of fresh towels (one bath towel and
one hand towel per set)
The lodge has double-glazing, good wall insulation and electric heating in
every room.
The lodge is suitable for accompanied semi-disabled.
