Prices & Booking
We normally take weekly bookings, running Saturday to Saturday, although short breaks may be available on request.
- Bed linen and towels are included for all the lodges.
- Dogs can stay in the lodge at no extra charge.
- A cot can be supplied at no extra charge if it is available.
- Electricity:
- included in Woodpecker lodge (2-bedroom)
- included in Heron lodge (2-bedroom), except for heating, for which there is a coin meter which takes £1 coins
- not included in Swallow lodge (1-bedroom), for which there is a coin meter which takes 50p coins.
Making a booking:
- £100 non-refundable deposit required, per week, to secure booking
- full payment required within 6 weeks of the start of your stay - no reminder will be sent
- we do not accept cards - please either send us a cheque made payable to 'Cairnyard Holiday Lodges', or ask for our account details to pay by online banking
- a receipt will be sent by email upon receipt of each payment (this can be sent by post if preferred, or if you do not have an email address) - please alert us if you do not receive a receipt within a few days
- cancellations: 6 weeks notice required for refund less deposit - otherwise full amount payable (total refunded, less deposit, if new booking secured).
- entry 2-4 pm, unless a later entry has been arranged
- departure by 10am
